The Clarksburg Public Library & Clarksburg Community Center (Home of the Council on Aging and VFW)  Are to be open to the Public under the following restrictions:

• Maximum Capacity: 10 (includes staff)
• Face masks required
• Must maintain 6’ social distancing
• Submit to temperature screening
• Contact tracing required
