1. Call to order the Joint Meeting with the Clarksburg Select Board
2. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting.

   1. Discuss the current condition of the school building
   2. Options for repairing the most immediate building needs
   3. Short and long term planning for the school building
4. FY 26 Budget: Discuss plans for meeting during the FY26 budget process
5. Adjourn the Joint Meeting
6. Call to order the monthly meeting of the Clarksburg School Committee
7. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting.
8. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated December 10, 2024.
9. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY25.
10. Business Administrator’s Report:
    1. Updated information on completing the final edits for the FY24 End of the Year Report, as well as the current status of FY25
    2. Review the warrant process, including the upcoming change to the warrants being shared online with a docu-sign element
11. Principal’s Report: An update on school related events/activities, student learning, and staffing.

    1. New Business:
       1. Contract Negotiations: Review of the upcoming process to begin negotiations with the Clarksburg Teachers Association for a new agreement.
    2. Continuing Business:
       1. Residency Policy: Further discussion about the current residency policy for enrollment at the school and the ongoing challenges caused by the high demand with many families seeking to enroll their children at Clarksburg School (with questions surrounding their town of residence, and the school’s ability to verify).  Review the document shared by Principal Cote at the last meeting from a local district.
