1. Call to order the public hearing to review the proposed FY 27 school budget in a joint meeting session with the Clarksburg Finance Committee and Select Board.
2. Open Meeting Rules/Public Comment: Clarification of the open meeting rules of participation
3. FY 27 School Budget Review:
   1. Business Administrator Jordan Rennell will lead a review of the proposed budget
   2. Discussion and any recommended adjustments to the budget proposal
   3. Confirmation of the Annual Town Meeting date
   4. Set a date for a follow up FY 27 budget review to vote and finalize the school budget

5. Call to order the regular monthly meeting of the Clarksburg School Committee:
6. Announcements: The next NBSU Joint Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Rowe Elementary School
7. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated March 5, 2026.
8. School Building Update: Review the updated plans for school building work this summer using ADA grant funding and the stabilization account, and focusing on the needed improvements to the bathrooms and entry to the school.
9. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY26.

    1. North Berkshire Regionalization Study: Superintendent Franzoni will provide an update from the March 25, 2026 Steering Committee to advance the progress and start the regional study for nine towns in North Berkshire County.
    2. School Calendar 2026-2027: Discuss, review, and vote on the final school calendar for the 2026-2027 school year.
    3. Tuition/School Choice 2026-2027: Discuss recent communication the superintendent has conducted with two Vermont school districts to develop tuition agreements for the 2026-2027 school year.  Update and review projected grade level enrollment numbers for the upcoming school year to target any potential tuition or school choice openings.
    4. Technology/Cell Phone Policies: Principal Rougeau will update the committee on recent updates it has been necessary for her to make at the school due to the increase in attempted communication using student’s watches with online capacity.
