Below are applications to request a ballot be sent to you for the May 2026 Local Election.
Please read these applications carefully. You are welcome to mail in or drop off these applications to our dropbox.
Please allow ample mailing time for this application and for the ballot. Ballots must be returned to your local election
official by Election Day.

You can submit your application by any of the following ways:
- By mail to the Town Clerk at 111 River Road, Clarksburg MA 01247
- Email to the Town Clerk
- Place in the mail drop box next to the back door of the Town Hall
- Hand-delivered (please contact the Town Clerk to make arrangements)
Please note that any application emailed will not be accepted unless the signature on the application is visible (please see application for instructions).
Absentee Voting Information
If you have special circumstances that create a challenge for you to attend the election in person, please review these applications for absentee ballot. All forms must be filled out by May 2nd, 2026 for the May 12th, 2026 Town Election.
