  1. Call to order the monthly meeting:
  2. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting
  3. Announcements:
  4. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated February 5, 2026.
  5. School Building Update: Review ongoing repairs and needs for the school building, including potential building work for this summer using grant funding and the stabilization account.  Discuss the impact on the collaborative summer program.
  6. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY26.
  7. Financial Report: Review and discuss the draft of the FY27 budget to prepare for any necessary adjustments.  Discuss the votes taken at the recent NBSU Joint Committee meetings and the impact on the FY27 budget for Clarksburg, as well as the importance of advocating for Rural Aid.

    1. Continuing Business:
      1. North Berkshire Regionalization Study: The superintendent will provide updates from the first two meetings of Steering Committee in February for the purpose of hiring a consultant to lead the regional study for nine towns in North Berkshire County.
      2. School Calendar 2026-2027: Discuss and review the key factors in developing the final calendar for the new school year.
      3. School Choice 2026-2027: Begin to review projected grade level enrollment numbers for the upcoming school year to target any potential new school choice openings
