3. Minutes: Approval of the March 2, 2026, NBSU Joint Committee meeting minutes
4. Shared Employment agreement updates:
   1. Requests: The committee will have follow up discussion in reference to two shared employees and the need to approve new agreements
   2. Vote to approve: After review and discussion for both situations, the committee will vote to approve modifications made to these agreements
5. Regional discussion:
   1. North Berkshire Regional Study Steering Committee: Superintendent Franzoni and Arleigh Cooper from Savoy will provide updates on the work of this committee to lead a regionalization study of nine North Berkshire towns
6. Subcommittee Planning: Finalize the committee members from each NBSU district to work together on the committee to update the union agreement.   Update the joint committee on the adjusted schedule to begin this work after the completion of budget planning meetings in all NBSU towns and districts
7. FY 27 budget updates:
   1. NBSU Update: Provide updates on the progress in each of the five NBSU districts
   2. Rural Aid: Discuss advocacy efforts by local state representatives, as well as the statewide advocacy by the Rural Schools group to improve this funding
   3. Future planning: Discussion about the future of rural schools given the inequitable funding structures that currently exist, and where the NBSU towns/districts should focus planning efforts
8. New Joint Committee Business: Any other items for discussion and review by the committee members not reasonably anticipated prior to the posting of this meeting.
