Tighe & Bond Project Update – Schedule of Events

The Town would like to provide residents with an update regarding ongoing work being conducted by Tighe & Bond as part of the Briggsville Water District project schedule. This will only affect River Rd, Carson Ave, Demers Ave, Halls Ground, Cross Road and Hayden Hill.

Current project progress includes:

• Wetlands delineation has been completed and flagged.
• Surveying activities are expected to begin on June 25, 2026.
• Geotechnical work will begin on Monday, June 22, 2026, with subsurface borings taking place onsite.
• Preliminary hydraulic modeling is currently underway and will be updated once final survey elevation data is received.

At this time, the project remains on schedule.

Additional updates will be provided following the completion of the surveying and geotechnical field work. At that time, more specific information regarding upcoming project milestones and deliverables will be available.
